Room was lovely, food was even better. Staff were great and we were able to get into the room on arrival at 11.30am which is very unusual. Loved the Nemo playroom. Pool was closed, that's a shame.

We had a 5am arrival red eye flight, and it was delayed. We got to the hotel at 7 am, and the room was already reserved for check in the day before. The staff graciously extended out check out time so that we could sleep during our 19 hour layover. Very accommodating, friendly staff.
