From the beginning there was disappointment. They could not access my confirmation with Expedia. I had to insist that was the rate i was paying and not more. I had to request refill room products 3 times before they delivered. Our TV was not working at first. There was no free continental breakfast. ...

Les Suites Hotel Ottawa
I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Although they made an effort to tidy and clean it after I expressed my concerns, I believe the rooms in this hotel require a deep cleaning. That said, the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful.
