Fairmont Hot Springs Resort
Rooms need updating badly. Very outdated. Carpets in room were stained. Pool also needs crack repairs and painting. We’ve been coming here for many years and have not noticed any improvements or updates. The front desk staff were very professional.

Northwinds Hotel Revelstoke
Looked like a newly renovated room. Was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk fellow was great and helped us right away with our minor issue. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!
