A cheaper hotel but the staff are the worst.
Staff claimed we didn't pay for the room and forced us to pay again. Expedia called to fix the error but it took almost an hour to get corrected. What a hassle, never again. Staff could speak or read English so our receipt as proof we paid online they wouldn't accept.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times and it never disappoints. The breakfast buffet was great value for money especially in a city that rises late. They even had soy milk for coffee, hard to find in Seoul outside of Starbucks. My bed was so comfortable and I love that you can control the room temperature. ...
