The hill from the parking lot to the lobby was extremely steep and very hard for older people to climb. A shuttle should be available.

Great Hotel , great staff except one staff at the water slide , his name is Ceasar, Rey nasty to the guests. I complained about it at the concierge, they didn’t do anything.
