8.8/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
Well received at reception by Maria, staff.
Well informed of the neighborhood on where to go around and buy daily essentials.
Gave a good tour on the hotel restaurant and amenities.
Maria even upgraded our room to one with ocean view overlooking Kowloon peninsula skyline.
Although there was a minor hiccup in that there was water leaking from the bathroom ceiling (suspected from upper level bathroom leak, not from hotel structural), the maintenance staff handled matter promptly and professionally.
We were very impressed by the professional and excellent service of the staff!
