Overall nice room with well equipped kitchen. The furniture in the room was a bit dirty. As my room was facing Arnulfstraße it was a bit loud. Nice and helpful staff.

Breakfast was on point every morning. Staff was great and patient with our two year old. Location was walkable to every part of Munich we wanted to see-even for my 75 year old father in law.
