Brilliant location for children Very nice staff Balcony very small Excellent food

First, the housekeeping was terrific and wonderful. I was in #3308, excellent❤️. One small issue and I spoke with Pa, manager, she was fantastic. Tour staff is the best. Ford in the restaurant was as good as Amy you'll get off property. So I highly recommend eating at the restaurant. Plus, the waitstaff was so nice. Highly recommend this resort.

The Paradox resort is very well located within proximity to Karon beach, shops, bars amd restaurants. Our room was upgraded to the penthouse suite which is very spacious and it even has a mini pool on the roof. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain the first day and there were several leaks from the ceiling and sliding door that made it a bit uncomfortable. We contacted the front desk and they offered to move us to another room but with all the rain going on, we decided to just stay in the same room. The staff was gracious to bring plenty of towels to absorb the water and replenished them often. I was also granted a late check out on our last day that was very convenient since we were catching a later flight to go home. The food was excellent including the breakfast buffet and in room dining menu offered a variety of dishes. The pool and surrounding areas were well maintained also. Overall the staff and services were very attentive however the property needs some updates. I would stay here again but in a different room.
