Most staff are polite and helpful, particularly the cleaners.

The hotel is clean, the staff are great, breakfast is really good. The rooms are nice but very small and the room with two beds they are very small.

Staff - excellent Room - Clean although tired decor Breakfast - Great Asian choices, limited Western Location - Great. Bus stop 5 mins walk for transport to Cental, Northpoint, The Peak and Stanley. MTR 15-20 mins walk. Have stayed in numerous hotels in Hong Kong and would recommend this one.

I recently stayed at the Novotel Asian Century hotel with my family. The service we were given was some of the best and most attentive I have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The hotel was clean and modern with an excellent range of buffet breakfast options. The pool was also great for kids! Thank you so much to Gary at check in and the patient porters like Ansan who helped with our baggage and for whom nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Not designed for families exactly but good location for shopping at Causeway bay. There is no pool, or play area for kids. Skye deck has a good view
