The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was slightly more comfortable than other hotels in Southeast Asia (most hotels in the region are firmer than I would expect). The hotel staff were courteous and helpful with anything I needed. The cafe and lobby bar had a great burger and ice cold Chang and Singha beer, which in the 97 degree with 80% humidity heat of Bangkok, was very necessary.

The hotel was excellent, a large room with everything a family needs (including a washing machine). The staff was courteous and helpful, the breakfast was very good, the shuttles were excellent, punctual and very punctual. I will return to this hotel next time.

My personal experience in this hotel was like anything I've experience in any other hotel before, Its a 5 start and more, the breakfast was really awesome, for me was like breakfast-lunch do to a variety of options, the staff is one of the most professional and courteous i ever encountered, my room was spacious, spotless, and had a very comfortable bed, bathroom amenities was very convenient, hotel is attached to a mall, location was good closet to many restaurants and train station. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I'm very satisfied customer. Thank you.
