Room is clean. Online service staff is responding well. Kitchen is compact but well equipped. Washer and dryer is a plus definitely.

Great location. Hotel has delicious breakfast, views of Incheon Chinatown, and polite staff. Qould recommend this hotel if in Incheon.

The hotel location is great as a transit to Incheon Airport. What lacked were as following: 1. Lack of information on how to get to the hotel from Gimpo airport. It was fortunate to use the shuttle service, which appears to operate few times a day only, but this was not easy to find a location. 2. From the expedia booking, it was adults only. But the hotel was filled with family and children. Unsure what was the purpose of this indication. Regardless, the facility is great and as a short get-away, it was good to see displays, sculptures, etc. The hotel staff were also helpful and friendly.

Good location, staff are helpful, shuttle bus is easy to find.

Super safe, excellent security, very clean bright, tastefully furnished and decorated. Convenient, every thing provided including washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, snack bar on site including grocery store. Everyone in the office was kind and patient when we had some complications which had nothing to do with our stay. Before our cruise, this was the best place to stay at.
