Japan Adventure Holidays

Hotel is really good, clean and staff really helpful and I would say it was worth the money. There are a few little imperfections. I don’t think you should have to pay extra to use the gym and other facilities. Breakfast choice is great but I felt everything hot should have been hotter and everything cold colder. My last one is the coffee it is almost undrinkable just get a coffee machine. That being said the hotel is good and the staff make it so good.

I booked this hotel so that I can view the Godzilla up close and take photos. The selling point that was advertised is the terrace with Godzilla. I was disappointed to find that the terrace was closed off during my stay and until further notice. If I would have known i would not have paid 4 times the amount as an ordinary hotel in the area

Shinagawa is consistently consistent. I appreciated the responsive help with a converter need for my laptop. Access to Accea for business needs is awesome, as is the spacious gym.

Everything was wonderful. But the exception of I could hear every sound in my room. Isn’t that what we’re trying to look for in a hotel room? A decent night sleep? That’s the only reason I could give it such a poor star rating.
