AC wasn’t working when we arrived. There were spiders on the bed. The shower water took forever to warm up. Lots of noise from the freeway which was right next to our room. Staff was very helpful and friendly though.

Me and my family had a wonderful time at Hoilday Inn Waterpark Suites. The staff there was very hospitable. A lot of outdoor activities; two heated pools, a splash pad, a basketball hoop, water slides and a flow rider.

We liked the short walk to the water park from our room. We enjoyed a hike around the property in the morning. I had a massage and a pedicure and both were great. The only drawback was house keeping only came 1 day out of our 4 night stay.

The sink was abnormally low to the ground. The TV in the room was the smallest I have ever seen and mounted crooked on the wall. The beds were very firm. There are no staff on site at the buildings.

Need more umbrellas in water park area and some music will be good addition. Also the card reader at the entrance gate doesn’t work well or towel dispenser card reader has issues . Overall great water park though and kids love the slides .
