Toilet was broke in room for 2 days. Sinkbwas broken also 1 day. Shower had no hot water 2 days. Room smelled like cat pee. Elevators takeb5-15min ea time you need 1. On checkout day it took 30 min. There didnt seem to be much concern about the condition of tje property from staff.

I didn’t get a chance to stay here I was supposed to and my flight got canceled and they refused to give me my money back and I won’t ever stay here because that was unfair. I had nothing to do with the flight cancellation so they should’ve been kind to give me my money back.
