"friendly remote checkin, was quick and painless. rooms dated but clean. breakfast stuff wasnt there but we were there on easter so staff might have been off. Rooms dated but clean. Safe area. my only real "issue" was the wifi in the room was terrible and i travel for work so its a must. other than that no real complaints. "

"Disappointing. I arrived around 2 with my young child hoping for early check in and was met with a scolding tone and informed I could use the pool while I waited (the one I am paying a daily amenity fee for, so yeah, I should hope so). We rifled through our bags for swim suits at the bell stand, changed in the public restroom, and lugged our personal items to the pool deck. No updates, no text. At 5 pm I tried again at the front desk. Finally the room was ready. This time, the person who helped me seemed surprised I had not been updated and offered me a $150 credit to my room, which barely covered the “in room dining” dinner I ordered because my kid was too tired to go anywhere. The in room dining is someone delivering a bag of cold, unappealing food in plastic containers. No plates, tray, etc. I should have gotten delivery from an outside restaurant. The kitchenette in our suite consisted of a mini fridge and a sink. No microwave, no utensils. The fold-out sofa was terrible. One thin blanket provided for this bed. Noise coming from every direction; it sounded like someone was banging on the floor above. The room was never cleaned through our stay because housekeeping would make the rounds at 5, just as we were coming in to shower and change. I won’t list all the things that did not work or under-delivered but I was met with how busy they are for spring break - it seems a hotel would be able to plan for such a busy time? I have never felt so unwelcome at a hotel. "
