"Breakfast. I waited over half an hour to get a pot of tea. I was finished my bacon egg tomatoes and mushrooms before a received the tea and had requested it 3times. You can go and get your own coffee so why not tea Also some seats in the inside dinning room are far too low to enjoy eating . We had to ask for another table. I cannot fault the rest of my visit our room was fantastic and spa area great."

"Warm welcome on arrival and a free upgrade o a lovely room. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our comfort and convenience. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the dining room very friendly and helpful. Had two meals in Chaplins restaurant and all 4 of us enjoyed our meals, again the staff member was friendly and helpful. We were a party of four and had two rooms and everyone was happy and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for the upgrades much appreciated. Would recommend hotel to others."
