Cool lofty space, friendly people right in town.

If it was just me staying here it would have been perfect. I love the location, Zwolle’s old town is an amazing place to stay. The room was large but the shower and sink area had no door, which presents some problems when you have other people there with you. The separate toilet although not uncommon in the Netherlands is a bit of a pain. It wasn’t the room in the photo, so we had different expectations, but this is our own fault. Our daughter had to sleep in a sofa bed, which again we were not expecting. The lack of a TV in the sleeping area was a bit of a miss, but we made do. The room was clean, but it could definitely benefit from a bit of a freshen up and good solid cleaning. That said, the staff was amazing!!! Friendly helpful and communication was easy.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en uitleg, mooie en ruime kamer met kookgelegenheid. Dat laatste was niet herkenbaar bij het reserveren. Ontbijt was ruim voldoende alleen iets meer aandacht voor de tht datum van bijvoorbeeld de boter en de plakjes uitgedroogde kaas. Verder waren we helemaal tevreden en als we nog een keer terugkomen in Zwolle gaan we zeker weer naar dit hotel

Positivt överraskad!

Inte ofta blir man överraskad av ett boende man bokat, detta var ett sådant tillfälle. Mycket trevligt rum, perfekt beläget och mycket tillmötesgående personal.

Larm og dårlig service

Vi måtte tjekke ud en dag før idet der var så meget larm fra nabo baren at vi ikke kunne sove. Der var fest indtil kl 5 om morgenen. Da vi tjekkede ud blev vi oplyst om at hotellet ellers havde en aftale med dem om at de skulle stoppe kl 01. Men det gør de ikke. Hotellet ville ikke give kompensation for at vi tjekkede ud en nat før , ikke engang to gange morgenmad ville de give. MEGET dårlig service.

Good place to enjoy the city

Everything was absolutely fine, including impressive breakfast. The only disappointing thing - central ventilation doesn't provide enough heating. Complimentary extra heating does the job, but overdried eir in the room.

Toppklass!!!

Toppklass på detta hotell! Tjejen som äger och driver detta hotell helt på egen hand är helt fantastisk. Vänlig hjälpsam tillmötesgående och alltigenom professionell. Rummen är otroliga, något utöver det vanliga. Rymliga, bekväma, finns spis, utrustat kök, Micro, kaffemaskin, tekokare, diskmaskin, aircondition, bekväma sängar, spännande ljussättning, elektrisk handdukstorkare och en mängd andra finesser. Oklanderlig städning! Personlig service vid frukosten, vackert uppdukat. Vi kommer definitivt att besöka detta hotell igen på våra resor i Europa. Bästa hotellet vi någonsin bott på. Spread the Word!
