"This was a beautiful hotel in a very beautiful area! Everyone at the hotel was so nice especially Phillip and his wife! They got ski passes ahead of time for us so we could Ski at the glacier! "What a fabulous, family-run hotel, in a brilliant location. I had a great few days skiing and using the spa. The food was excellent and the room very comfortable, but the highlight was the personal approach of the amazing team, led by Christina, who made sure to know her guests and understand their needs perfectly. There's so much to do and you're made incredibly warmly welcome. Look forward to trying the Michelin-starred restaurant on my next visit!"

"Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment down to the ski room — something we’ve never experienced before. It immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. On our first evening, the service was again outstanding. Your staff were incredibly attentive, and they introduced you to us as the owner. When you kindly came over to our table, I confess I didn’t fully realise who you were in that moment, and I’m a little disappointed in myself — had I known, I would have loved to speak with you properly. From a customer-service perspective, what you’ve created here is extremely impressive, and I would have enjoyed telling you that in person. I run a software business in London, and I would be extremely happy if my customers’ experience was anything close to what we have experienced here. "The hotel was really beautiful, new and designed in a modern and cool way. the room was spacious, comfortable and the kitchenette was accessorized with everything we needed for cooking.
