"Our room.was quiet and comfy. We were able to rest prior to our flight and walk to the airport after having a good breakfast at the hotel. "

"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The strict early check in process was lengthy although I paid extra for it. They need to realize that a customer who have travelled far and is tired they need refreshment. so the staff needed to clean it up earlier espcially when I had contacted them early. The second issue was it was hard to get hold of hotel clerk over the phone from overseas."

"Crown was a great affordable option. In Zurich A little further out from the main city and lake but the tram is very easy to jump on and get around "
