"Excellent boutique hotel with lovely decor in both the rooms and common areas; lovely extra touches like chocolates in the lobby! The room was extremely comfortable, the furniture and bed unique and beautiful; the bar area very inviting, and located right near a river and along a path of shops, cafes and restaurants. It's not in the Old Town but about a 10 minute drive away."

"This is a great place to stay within walking distance from train station and old town. Breakfast buffet was included. Small storage room was provided for luggage as we arrived in early morning. Elevator available. Staff accommodating and gave sight seeing information and directions. Room was clean. Bathtub a bit high for anyone with limited mobility. Otherwise stay was perfect for our needs."

"Nice location!! Big rooms!! Kind staff! Everything was ok besides that I made a reservation for 3 addults and the third bed was very small and the third eprson didnt fit in it. So, if tou need room for 3 grown ups, this is not the hotel for you. "

"The staff were wonderful. Warm, welcoming, friendly, and accommodating when I had an issue with some of the bedding in our room, which was below standard. Absolutely superb breakfast."

"The staff at reception and the bar were excellent - very professional, polite and helpful. The breakfast was seriously disappointing and I would not pre-pay for it again. We were there for 4 breakfasts and mostly there 30 to 60 mins before the closing of the service, but we felt there was mainly scraps left to pick over. On Saturday 18 April, the food that should be hot was cold (because 2 of the "hot plates" were switched off) there weren't any eggs, beans, bread for toast or pancakes, all of the marmalade and jam jars were vitually empty. When I complained to the breakfast lady, her answer was that she was working alone (implying she was doing her best in a difficult situation). She then brought out some fried eggs from the back which had been cooked in advance and were also cold (and didn't switch on the hot plate, but it was too late anyway). "

"Maybe the most helpful stuff I have seen in a hotel ever. Very professional and they were genuinely trying to make us feel as welcome as it can get. The location of the hotel is 10-15 minutes walk from the central station. There is a restaurant downstairs and several cafes and restaurants within few minutes of walk. Also there’s a big supermarket around the corner. The only tiny comment is that the entrance could be slightly more accessible as we have a baby and the stroller required some manoeuvres when trying to exit. "
