"This hotel is literally directly in front of the main entrance to the train station; as soon as you step out of the station, you're literally looking at the hotel sign. So really convenient location. It's also therefore right next to a tram stop, and a very short walk from the river. As far as the room goes, it has a bathtub which is nice, but feels a little cramped despite being a suite. The living room and bathroom also smelled faintly of cigarettes, though the bedroom did not. I was only in Zurich one night but if I ever revisit, I'd probably stay here again. Can't beat the location."

"Been to more up to date places and did not like the fact that card key when removed turned lights and electricity off to all outlets, mini fridge, and who knows what else. My wife has medical fridge that stopped working after battery run out as electricity went out when we left it for day."

"The hotel is in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. However there are a few areas that need improvement. The hotel does not have air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly when we checked in, leaving a poor first impression. The bar is nice, but the tall, slim female bartender had a bad attitude and was unfriendly. Improving the customer service and providing air conditioning would make this a much better place to stay."
