"What a find! A great hotel just opposite the main train station- convenient for getting to / from the airport, using tramlines - and visiting the Lindt Chocolate experience. Our room was ready before official check-in time - and check in was seamless. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - especially Shannon. Room was very modern and spacious and we were lucky to be situated just opposite a kitchenette where tea and coffee were available all day. The hotel also has its own cinema - movies in English every evening. We ate in the restaurant that night - food and staff were amazing as was the service in the bar ! Hotel is within easy walking distance of the main shopping area and the old town. Highly recommended - couldn't fault anything. Would gladly stay there again."

"The location is excellent except the street the hotel is on is undergoing construction work underground and is all torn up. It can be noisy Monday thru Friday. It’s easy walking distance to just about anywhere you want to go in Zurich. The rooms are very basic , not fancy. Not many power outlets. Only one pillow per person and one towel Beds are ok. Staff is excellent and eager to help in any way. Vegetarian breakfast is okay. Coffee and tea are available free all day Elevator is tiny which is the case all over Switzerland I have found. I would gladly stay here again."

"We had two separate stays at this Marriott a few days apart. This was our first visit to Zurich. Both times the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Small bathroom. 8-10 minute walk from the train station, so very convenient."

"The room was really modern and quite nice to stay. HOWEVER, like most places in Zurich, there was/is NO parking within 20 mins of the hotel. We had to park at the Hardau Park 2 park house and then take an Uber - both ways of course. But highly recommend this hotel if you can figure out parking."

"The location of this property is fantastic and we loved it. Sadly there is a bit of construction in the area but we still would have stayed in this area. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. We loved the air conditioner because my husband and I both run hot at night. The breakfast was wonderful and their staff even better. I highly recommend this property."

"This was by far our favorite hotel stay out of all the ones we stayed at. Location was excellent close to public transportation.easy transport to the airport. Quiet and peaceful. Grocery stores and restaurants very close to walk to. The room was amazingly clean and updated. We had everything we could possibly need. We appreciated the complimentary drinks too. Would highly recommend and thanks to the kind and helpful staff."

"Staff and location was great. To allow people of any culture to wear sandals with exposed feet in the dining room is disgusting. Please stop allowing this...it might acceptable in eastern culture but not in US or Europe."
