"Extremely small room. Be mindful of the corners of the bed they extend from the mattress and have sharp edges. The bed is lodged in the corner with the only place for luggage on the opposite side. I did some major damage to my shin getting my luggage to the opposite side."

"My stay at CitizenM Zurich was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, spotless, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single team member I interacted with was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They always greeted guests with a smile, were happy to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their positive attitude and attention to detail created such a warm and inviting atmosphere that it felt like being welcomed by friends rather than checking into a hotel. The rooms are smartly designed, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the technology throughout the hotel is intuitive and fun to use. Combined with the exceptional customer service, CitizenM Zurich offers a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich. "This hotel is just a few steps away from the tram line which was great! The staff was gracious and kind. I got there early in the morning and they stored my luggage so that I could go sightseeing without lugging it around. The hotel was very clean - everything from the lobby to the rooms to the laundry area was wonderfully clean. Breakfast was delicious! They had a great selection of options: meats and cheeses, eggs, bread, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and hot and cold drinks. The only thing that I didn't like was that the rooms were small and the shower opened directly into the room which dripped water on the floor due to the way the door was. Overall though, I would stay here again."

"Excellent location. Nicely designed. Rooms are very modern, clean and well set up. Emad and Jemina at the front desk are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel should be 4+ star rating. Would definitely stay there again in the future."

"Modern hotel. Large room. Wifi and AC work great. Tram stop and shopping mall with a large grocery store are both less than a block from the hotel. Restaurants are also within walking distance."
