"This was a great place for my family of 4. We had a very big room with two large beds and a cute little balcony. Great location with tons of public transportation nearby. We were a little concerned about the shared bathroom but it was very nicely organized with one bathroom for 5 rooms. "Great hotel with incredible views and a peaceful atmosphere. Stayed here for over a week. The staff were all very kind and professional, but I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Claire. She was absolutely wonderful — always so friendly, attentive, and caring during the daily breakfast. She made sure my mom was taken care of.It really made a difference in our stay. "Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good. Public spaces were nice. Was given a room opposite the elevator and could hear noisy conversations as people gathered here. Borrowed an iron which was faulty and didn’t work. Breakfast was poor for the price paid. "

"This property is fantastic- one of our favorite places to stay in the world. The breakfast is spectacular and so is the spa. I love the spa wing rooms overlooking the lake. Lake view rooms are a must and don’t miss a meal at The Restaurant. In our opinion chef Heiko is better than many 3 star restaurants we’ve been to. "
