"Not your typical hotel. There's no staff in case you have a question, or need something. You are provided with sparse amounts of Soap, towels, blankets, and had just one pillow. Decent sized room, and the bed was comfortable."

"When booking the property, I specifically asked that we (2 guests) are provided an extra bedding as we prefer sleeping warm. We were never provided it, despite multiple follow-ups with the manager (who even promised we would get it). ´ Also, the website indicates regular cleaning and during 1 week stay, the apartment was neither cleaned nor have we received fresh towels, toilet paper etc. We were explained by the manager that regular means once a week. "What a quirky hotel, first time staying in aMoxy. as I entered the hotel soothing music was playing, an image was projected on the floor 'Welcome to the Moxy,, Check In on the 5th Floor'. Greeted with a smile, check-in was effortless. I was also given a token to get a welcome drink from the bar (I had al ocal beer - Kolsch). The hallways on the 3rd floor were marked with yellow lines (planes follow at the airport), there was a taxiway, runway and a hangar. In the room it was also very quirky with aviation themed fittings. I went to the bat got my drink and went out onto the ipen air terrace on the 5th floor where you can see the ariport action take offs and landings etc. The proximity to Cologne Airport and Station was a 3 minute walk. Overall an excellent hotel."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. Most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean in all areas and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, the pool, sauna and steam were in good working order. The service at the 24/7 bar was excellent. The location was really good, lots of travel facilities and plenty of local restaurants etc. Beautiful views of the river from the rear of the building. The only downside was no complimentary late check out (most hotels do offer this). However, besides that minor point, would recommend a stay at this hotel for sure. "
