"Ever room with a city view is extremely loud. The walls and glass are very thin. You will hear housekeeping yelling to each other all day, and there’s no turndown service. My room had stained sheets, stained carpets, and holes in the curtains. I asked at 6pm for housekeeping to change the stained sheets but was told they were gone for the day. I was also told that managers had all left and did not want to be bothered at home. Since no other rooms had been cleaned, I had to sleep on dirty...

I was really sad that I had to check-out one night before intended cause I got my flight rescheduled but they have an express checkout so when I left it was easy to leave they card on the desk"
