Il personale di reception e della sala colazione molto gentile e cordiale. La colazione abbondante con dolce e salato. La stanza e il bagno sempre in ordine e puliti.

"İt was the crowded time in budapest because of champions lig final match that is why we paid too much money for this kind of accomodation it must 5x cheaper too much money we spent and got nothing. İ stay 4 stars hotel in praq one day before and it was almost half price than this place so i am not happy with this place but we could not find any other place at that time

浴室のライトが点灯せず、問い合わせをしても返信がありませんでした。また、排水の通りが悪く、シャワーを浴びている足の甲付近まで水が溜まってしまうのが残念でした。
一方で、エアコンやWi-Fiの効きは良く快適に過ごせました。ドルチェグストのコーヒーや洗濯洗剤などのアメニティが用意されていた点も嬉しかったです。トラブル対応の面だけ改善されることを期待します。"
