"Beds were comfortable. Room was tidy until I found a random coat in the corner of the room. I requested and paid for an extra bed that was filthy with stains on the mattress and coils were very loose and uncomfortable to sleep on. I was given an “oh… sorry” about the coat in the room. We left the coat untouched. Breakfast was not kept warm and staff struggled with food upkeep as there were a lot of guests. The pool had a raw feces scent. "

"Our bathroom sink was almost completely plugged, the door to the bathroom couldn’t shut because the pocket door was broken, the shower was cool water (this was absolutely the worst shower) the entire time despite running it 20 mins, they left the food from previous people in the fridge and the countertop was covered in crumbs. We told the manager when checking out and she said that she would report things to Maintence. The breakfast wasn’t good either. Also when checking out we found out that the person who checked us in billed our credit card for the room and we had already paid for it thru hotel.com. The manager said she would cancel our credit card for the amount that she charged us; hopefully that happens. It was very very disappointing as we stayed here a year ago but either management or owners have changed and it is a completely different place. "
