"There was construction going on across the street, but the sound was well dampened by the windows and only obvious when the windows were open. Hotel is centrally located, with short walks to restaurants and small shops. Staff was very friendly and helpful, though there is no concierge. Breakfast and the bar were great."

"We stumbled upon the Grand Mercure completely by chance just walking in, looking for a spa that wasn't there anymore and ended up falling in love with it instantly. The front desk team was so warm, welcoming, and full of good energy that we decided to spend our last two nights in São Paulo there, and it was one of the best decisions of our trip. The entire atmosphere felt so inviting and comfortable, and the hospitality was next-level. And the restaurant… wow. I don’t know who the chef is, but they put their whole heart (and foot, in the best way) into the food every dish was spectacular. This is the kind of place that makes you feel at home while still feeling like you’re on a special getaway. I’d absolutely come back again without hesitation."

"The hotel staff is amazing — incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to help with anything you need. From the reception to the breakfast team, everyone was exceptionally welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic — a true Brazilian spread with plenty of delicious options! The location is also excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in São Paulo!"

"I stayed this hotel for one night, this hotel gives me very good impression, the front desk staffs Rafael and Ruan and the other two who can speak English are extremely nice and friendly, some of the front desk can speak very good English and they would like to help at all time. Also the luggage guys are very nice too. They just doing their best to carry the luggages in and out, a boy sent me to the taxi all the way out. Very good people. Also, the breakfast are amazing nice, hotel is very clean too. I will come back to this hotel definitely!"
