"Call it being unlucky, inhad a bad experience with Bristol hotel. Upon check in in the early evening, I was given a room on the 5th floor. When I got there the room wasn't made up - the used towels, were on thr bed, which wasnt made from previous guest/s etc. Took photo and went down to the reception to ask another room. The gentleman who was there was very apologetic and told me that I will get an updated room as an excuse on the 10th floor. Went there, and again, the room wasn't made/clean from the previous gues. Went for a 2nd time downstairs to reception, where again, the gentleman was apologetic and I was given a 3rd room on the 11th floor. Went there, room was made. Went to the bathroom to take a shower. After my shower I got out and there were no towels anywhere in the room. Had do call reception and ask for towels."
