"I have been here a few times over the years and it has always been a bit ropey but it's cheap. I turned up to find I had to drive through a construction site to get to the entrance to park. Parking has never cost here but I was surprised to now find out that I had to pay 35pln (£7) to park in what can only be described as a construction site for a hotel which you cannot reasonably access by foot. There are no facilities at this hotel, no restaurant, vending machine, so if you had managed to walk there, you would have to walk through the construction site and up the highway to get anything. I told the receptionist that the car park was not worth 35pln and she told me that it's not her decision to charge for it. Great. Totally understand its not her call but maybe a little better response might have stopped me walking out and going to a better place just up the road. The car park charge was the tipping point for an already poor decision of mine to stay here because it was cheaper by a few pounds and the charge was just a blatant money grab. It's obvious I wouldn't get a refund, but it was out of principle that I left to find somewhere else. This hotel is the first in Bydgoszcz to be added to my never consider again list of bad hotels. "

We were greeted with a tasty fresh fruit plate and presented with cookies upon our departure. The total is an easy 10 walk to the square with many restaurants and cafes. "This hotel really surprised me! I wish every 4-star hotel had such great staff, amenities, and cleanliness. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of regional food choices. My room was small (a single room) but it had everything I needed and a very comfy bed. Highly recommend!"
