"While the staff was 5-star—exceptionally helpful and even surprised us with an anniversary cake—the hotel itself is far from a luxury experience. The Issues: • The Pool Experience: Total disappointment. The pool is small and shallow (4ft), and was completely overrun by a massive group of school kids. There was no relaxing music, no menu available when asked, and a 7:00 PM closing time that is way too early. It felt like a public park, not a 5-star retreat. • Atmosphere & Hygiene: To save costs, the hotel turns off the hallway AC, making floors stiflingly hot. We also noticed weird smells in the walkways and found hair in our bathroom upon arrival. • Logistics: Zero signage on floors for the gym or pool. Because of the large groups, we often waited 5–10 minutes for a lift."

"The hotel was overall okay, however there were a few disappointing issues during the stay. The bathrobes hanging on the door were worn and one unfortunately had faeces stains on it, which was very unpleasant. Breakfast was also disappointing. I ordered an omelette which was forgotten and never arrived, and I requested pineapple juice twice before eventually receiving it. When it did arrive, the juice was pink because the juicer had not been cleaned properly and still contained watermelon from the previous customer. I would also recommend improving the breakfast service by placing butter packets directly on the tables. Having to order juice and then wait up to 30 minutes for it was inconvenient — self-service juice jugs would work much better and make the experience smoother. Overall, the breakfast area felt quite chaotic at busy times."

"Terrible experience at Radisson Hotel. During the rain, water was leaking through the windows in Room 312—completely unacceptable. Instead of changing our room, they sent someone to just mop the water like it was normal. The room was a mess and clearly not maintained. We called reception three times for luggage assistance and no one showed up. Then, despite being told the night before that checkout was 1:30 PM, we got a call at 12:30 PM forcing us to leave early. No apology, no accountability, no effort to fix the situation. I expect a proper compensation. Avoid this place."

"Terrible experience at Regenta. I called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and was told 12 PM. When I arrived, they suddenly said it was 2 PM. I also specifically asked if I needed to bring anything for check-in and was told no, but when I got there they demanded my passport and visa, which was never mentioned. The room itself was disgusting. It smelled bad, the AC wasn’t working, and the “white” bedsheet was dirty. The decorative cloth on the bed was extremely filthy and black. The room felt completely unhygienic and poorly maintained. I stayed for less than 30 minutes before leaving because it was that bad. I went to Orchid down the road instead, which was a much better hotel and experience. Regenta was a huge disappointment and I would absolutely not recommend staying here."

"Rooms charging plugs weren’t working, and same in shower just one towel and after check out staff was calling me for laundry bill. Even i didn’t give anything to laundry. After 4 hours they called me back and told me bill was for another room. It’s horrible experience at this hotel"
