"It is a clean place, i would say its good for what you pay."

"Great location. I have been to many hotels and never have I had to explain myself when asking for an extra towel. I guess people here must not shower and use a clean towel each time. I called to ask for an extra towel and was asked if i used all my towels already. Obviously!"

"The service overall was great, we stayed in the front part of the hotel we liked the view, shopping was walking distance, the hotel is beautiful, colonial style but with very modern amenities, the restaurant staff was very friendly, the food was great, overall our experience was great, will definitely come back and let friends and family know "

"The location is a couple blocks from Centro. A quick taxi ride to Centro so the location is great and was quiet. We required a change from our original booking and the staff helped with this in a very professional manner."

"Beautiful peaceful hotel surrounded by nature with a gorgeous view of lake Patzcuaro , beautiful gardens and the four inland’s on the lake . The staff is very friendly and was attentive to my needs . Food is delicious and their infinity pool is gorgeous with a beautiful view of lake Patzcuaro and surrounding mountains and their beautiful gardens ."
