"Great experience It did start off with back and forth to get a great smelling room.but we were upgraded to better smelling room nd view.later was accommodated with hydro massage and microwave for my babies comfort. A get well soon balloon and bear. Also late at night management got the thermometer for my baby since she was sick. Kept being asked for room service. Also.had 24hr room service for food ,tht really helped while my baby was getting well. Overall I really appreciated that were cared for."

"I used to stay at this property all the time before they rebranded. They were called Cabo villas. The property is in a perfect location situated on Medano Beach, a short walk to town and the marina. Rooms are nice, they have multiple pools. My main issue is they are still pushing the timeshare, fractional ownership or whatever they call it now. When we walked in we were stopped by one of the ladies. I told her I didn’t want a timeshare talk. She was extremely rude. When people say no walk away politely and call it a day. No need to be rude and ugly about it. The rooms are nice. Only complaint we never had any hot water. Lukewarm at best. Lastly we spent all our time in the adults only pool. The service was just ok. We would often be waiting for a server. And the drinks although tasty lacked much alcohol. With the prices we are paying (California prices) I expected a bit more alcohol. Overall it’s a nice property, good food and great location."

"This hotel was the perfect stay! The rooms were super clean and beautiful. The robes and slippers provided were super comfy. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, kind and professional. We did a couples massage at the spa and it was so relaxing. We loved their sauna and steam room. The deep tissue massage was also a 10/10. The pool was lively and the bartenders were so good at making all kinds of drinks. I really enjoyed their daily aerobics water class. All the restaurants were great and it was easy to get reservations. We will definitely be coming back!"
