Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos- All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Our family of four had a fantastic time at Hyatt Ziva, Cabo. The pool was big and beautiful, service was wonderful, and the views were spectacular! Food was good, not great, the pool DJ, music and daytime entertainment could be much better. Buffet was just ok and some areas of the property could be maintained better. All in all, we had a fabulous time!"

"Make sure you contact hotel because there are two levels of all inclusive one is not all inclusive there are other items for extra cost while the upper level one is everything included in all hotels throughout resort Not very much options to eat breakfast lunch or dinner also can’t swim there waves too high and staff won’t let you even near water"

"this property was so pretty! We came here on a girls trip. Six of us in our group. We had rooms facing the pool and ocean. The balconies were awesome for morning coffee and reading. The views were amazing everywhere you went. The beach in front of the property is not swimmable… We did not mind because we are not people who love going in the ocean anyway. We felt like the food choices were not that great here. The breakfast buffet was ok. Also after going to different resorts and also cruise ships, it seemed like the staff here was a little more reserved… They weren't as fun as other places. However, Norma at the pool was so great and fun! A few others too but the wait staff in the restaurants didn't seem to enjoy being there. Location is unbeatable in cabo! With all that being said, I still can't give the resort any less than five stars because it was absolutely gorgeous and we had an amazing time! Thank you!"

"My wife, who passed from cancer on 2-11-26, and I have been coming to Los Cabos and Cabo San Lucas for about 30 years. I decided to come back and honor her and our great memories there. Our favorite resort is Royal Solaris. It is not the fanciest, biggest, most amenities or cheapest. However, you are treated like family and everyone treats you with kindness, respects, smiles and willingness to help with whatever you need. From the front gate guard, front desk staff, dining staffs, hostesses, cleaning staff, bar and servers to the entertainment staff, there iare always a smiles, cheer and willingness to make sure you get the most out of each experience while at the resort. My birthday was also on the Saturday while there, everyone made it feel extra special. Palma my waiter at Marco Polo was unbelievable, I asked him to pick my meal top to bottom and he did not disappoint. He constantly checked back to make sure I was okay, through some tears bein the first without my wife. He even came out to talk to me when I was there another night, amazing. The saxophone player must have been contacted by Debra, since he played the theme from Ghost along with many other songs my wife and I would song. David Ponchos was fantastic, again picking my meal and making me feel special. Cardenas was fantastic at the outside bar and the best entertainment guys,una & Tomas, love these two! I met new friends while there, that i will keep in touch with, completed an emotional yet beautiful trip!"
