"We had a fantastic time at this resort. The place is immaculate, and the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. However, the restaurants could use some improvement. The food is decent, but it doesn’t quite live up to the high expectations. The drinks need some work, especially since Mexico is known for its excellent margaritas. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it. "

Didn’t do AI but few poolside things I had were good and breakfast at Los Deseos was fantastic, both the food and the ambiance. Nice change from restaurants blasting loud music "

"My family and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly, food was great and we loved the amenities. The views are incredible of the ocean and we loved the beach even though you could not swim. We saw whales from the beach. "

"I really wanted to love this place, but after our stay I walked away with some serious mixed feelings and I am honestly not sure I would return. The staff was absolutely excellent and every person we encountered was friendly and attentive, and the views from the property were also quite beautiful. The coffee bar was fantastic and quickly became our favorite spot each morning. However, the hotel food was disappointing and fell well below what we expected. The better on-site restaurants had very limited seating and operated within short windows, which created a situation where guests were standing in line waiting for dinner at 4:30 in the afternoon, which is not the relaxing vacation experience anyone hopes for. The family pool was freezing cold and guests were allowed to claim the already limited lounge chairs by simply placing a towel on them even when they were nowhere around, making it nearly impossible to find a spot for your belongings. The adult pool was a much better experience and we recommend heading there instead. The mattresses in the rooms felt like sleeping on concrete slabs, making it very hard to get a decent night of rest after a long day. There are some enjoyable elements here but between the food, the dinner lines, the pool situation, and the uncomfortable beds, it is hard to give a strong recommendation and I am not sure we would make the trip back."

When relaxing by the pool or beach there are always people around to make sure you have a drink in hand. Restaurant variety and quality of food, absolutely excellent. "I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Grand fiesta’s Americana. The room was beautiful. The view was beautiful. The property was beautiful. They had four different pools. The beachfront was beautiful (lots of rocks but if you walk down there was a section you can swim in). The food was delicious (I ate at most restaurants- not all). And the staff were incredible. Highly recommend this resort. "
