"No shower by the ocean beach. Rooms are not loaded like in all-inclusive resorts usually, you need to call anytime if you needed something, even drinking water. Everything else was excellent: helpful staff, clean everywhere, good food, convenient location, ocean beach."

"Bed type is a "Request Only/Not Guaranteed" even though it is offered and paid for. Desk attendant- Manual, not helpful and won't allow escalation. Don't be shocked you that you don't get what you expected. Also, entertainment is very limited. Kiddie shows until 830/900 pm...but nothing at the palace for adults after dinner unless you walk a good distance to their other locations (would be nice if they carted guests to these locations. Pool bar is nice (one clised for remodeling) and bartenders really work hard. Won't visit again...boring environment."

"Very disappointed in our stay. No hot water in our suite showers on 2 occasions. We encountered 2 Broken elevators at the property. Our first room 2022 in the older part of the resort had a broken Hot tub. Paint bubbling and peeling off the ceiling in the bathrooms. Heavily Stained towels. In need of several repairs. Our next room We tried several dishes from room service they were all mediocre to not good. We found an open “staple “ yes staple in our carrot cake. "
