"I had a wonderful vacation at the Krystal! The staff was exceptional...shout out to Rosalba, Sergio, Fanny and Jose at the Grill!!! My concierge Gabriel was so very helpful and kind...Luis at the front desk was welcoming and very kind! I ate at every restaurant and the food was very good and the service exceptional! I will definitely be coming back to the Krystal!"

"I hadn’t realized before booking that the Hyatt Ziva’s beach isn’t swimmable, and I felt a little disappointed leading up to our trip because that was something I’d been looking forward to. But the moment we arrived, all of that melted away. The property is absolutely stunning and truly takes your breath away. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the people. Every single staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, kind, and thoughtful. We felt so welcomed and cared for that by the end of our stay, it felt like we had built real connections with everyone. We can’t wait to come back. Staying here is absolutely worth it!"

Service at pools and restaurants were also excellent. The location was great, as many restaurants and experiences were walkable. "

"We booked 4 nights next door at the Rose but had access to Los Cabos “Blanco” the entire trip it was better service, more laid back, quaint atmosphere that we prefer. Much smaller. When our flight was delayed we moved our room next door without a blink! Ask for Demetrio at Paloma’s for breakfast and Cilantros for lunch. Best service!"

"We came 2 different times this summer. We had a great time and enjoyed all of our experiences. We tried the Riu party during the day-fun! We spent a ton of time in the pool and playing the games. We also went and toured the area from the beach. Our 19 year old was safe on the property doing his own thing too. We highly recommend Riu for family trips. "
