"So, our room was great. The hotel and the staff were very nice.
The only issue we had, however, was with the valet only situation. I felt like it was very difficult to access my vehicle overnight and I didn't like that. Also, it says it's $30 a night for valet and we were only there for one night, less than 15 hours in total, and they charged me for two nights, I contacted them through their website and they have yet to respond... it's been a week. It's just a little frustrating."

"During our stay at the Grove we enjoyed many of the amenities and services that are offered including the swimming area, Trillium restaurant, and the airport shuttle. At every turn throughout our 4 night stay, the staff were professional and personable.Our room was very comfortable and clean with furnished bath robes and plush pillows. "

"We stayed a total of 4 nights and didn’t receive housekeeping until the third day. We requested cleaning because our son had a bloody nose and needed new bed linens and towels. We also had a leak in the toilet and had to use the towels to sop up the leak. We called downstairs and repeatedly Stephen put us in an extended hold. When we went downstairs in person he claimed he couldn’t leave the desk. We also purchased ice cream and he refused to give us a spoon and instructed us to get one in our room. We were on the top floor at the very end of the hall and were eating in the dining area. I asked if he could get us one from the breakfast area and he declined that request as well. "
