Die Apartments waren stets sauber, die Lage an Promenade und Strand sehr gut und wir hatten schöne Kurzurlaube. In den letzten Aufenthalten hat sich einiges verändert (u. a. keine Rezeption mehr, wechselnde Check-in-Abläufe), womit wir noch zurechtkamen. Beim vorletzten Aufenthalt gab es bereits Probleme mit unangenehmem Geruch im Zimmer (vermutlich Lüftung), der trotz Meldung nicht behoben...

Handtücher, Föhn, Elektrogeräte, Seife (Blockseife) etc. Waren vorhanden. Ein bisschen Kritik gibt es bei der Sauna, diese lässt nämlich nicht zu, dass beide sich hinlegen, einer muss sitzen, auch der Zugang zur hinteren Bank war etwas umständlich. "Sauberkeit war top. Entäuschend das Büro. Meine Kaution soll einbehalten werden weil ich den Schlüssel nicht abgegeben habe. Ich habe einen Code von dem Büro bekommen. Wir sind einen tag früher abgereist. Ich habe den Schlüssel deshalb in den Tresor gelegt neben dem Büro. Trotzdem haben sie den Schlüssel angeblich nicht bekommen und ich soll für den Schlössertausch zahlen. Ganz toll.. sun & Snow nie wieder....."

"The apartment 419 is located at 3rd floor of Casa Marina Apartment House. Good: location; walking distance to promenade and beach. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Bad: worn furniture in the apartment (sofas and armchairs partly dirty, beds creak, table partly damaged); not enough knives (6, but we were 7). I highly recommend to replace the dirty/damaged furniture. "

"Beim Einchecken an der Rezeption war die Dame sehr freundlich (das war auch die einzige am gesamten Aufenthalt). Das Zimmer hat gestunken (die Abflüsse). Auf den ersten Blick sah es sauber aus, aber z.B. unter der Couch war es mehr als dreckig. Dafür das man knapp 65€ für die Reinigung zahlen muss. Ist es mehr als ärgerlich! Die Polen selber war außer in den Restaurants sehr unhöflich! Keine Ahnung was die hatten! Direkt gegenüber war das Radisson Blu Hotel. Leider ist während unseres...
