Staff refused to honor a noon check out instead of the regular checkout time of 11 AM. The extra hour would’ve cost me an additional $25. Make sure you check Google reviews and do not just rely on Expedia reviews. That was my mistake."

"I was told there would be a shuttle to and from the airport. I called the front desk when I arrived at the airport. The front desk informed me the shuttle was not working and that they would assist me with a Uber. They said they would send me an Uber link to my phone so I could have one pick me up. I called multiple times and said the link never was sent to my phone. I ended up paying for the Uber they never compensated me for it. When I arrived in my hotel room, I had to go down to the front desk because I had no shampoo, soap or towels in my room. When checking out you would think they would credit me or anything for my two nights but nothing was offered. "

"A dated property that has been kept up. Popcorn ceilings. Good Location if you deal with West Omaha. Easy Parking. Breakfast was cold. Front Desk Staff friendly. The closet was pegs on the wall with hangers."
