The hotel was clean, had plenty of parking, and everyone on site was incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Rmh Modena Des Arts
Good parking, some staff were terrible and rude. Nice hotel, clean rooms, took our wash cloth that we brought fro home because we knew they didn't provide them. If you got to breakfast 1st there was food out, otherwise some items were empty.

L'Altana di Emilia Suite
We were not provided this suite we reserved/prepaid. Upon arrival we were given an address several blocks from the suite we requested. The AC did not work - the room was very warm.
