"Loved our stay at this property. They offer shuttle service to and from the airport as well as Victoria falls. The staff were amazing, especially Rody at the front desk, the shuttle drivers and our wait staff. The breakfast was included and was superb with lots of choices, including gluten free options. The pool area was nice to relax after a day of touring. Our room was clean but there was a gaping hole from the outside, near the deck doors, allowing for mosquitos to enter. They did spray our room before bed and there is mosquito netting around the bed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"Great staff, comfy beds and all the necessary stuff. It’s a basic hotel but does the job and it’s very new and well maintained. Only point of improvement is that there were stains on sheets which is probably hard to avoid in dusty setting. "

"We stayed two nights here and I wish we could have stayed a little longer. The signature rooms was very nice with a queen size bed, double rainfall showers/sinks and a outside porch where you can watch the wildlife walk by. One thing to consider is the showers/bath are open concept so its kinda like you are bathing in the open room with just a small partition separating from the bed (not an issue for me as I was staying alone). The shuttle was very convenient to get to the falls and other areas in town. If you are going somewhere that is not on the shuttle stop just let the driver know and they will accommodate. The pool area/bar was really nice although the water was too cold for me. We only had a chance to eat the breakfast here and it was 10/10. I got the French toast. I also got a massage at the spa and it was easily one of the best massages I ever received (and I get massages monthly). The prices were super cheap as well compared to the US. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. "

Everybody from the front desk to the dining staff to the cleaning staff everybody was wonderful…..extra thanks to Charmaine and Smally for organizing various excursions and for Wayne and her mother with the Spa and Erik for airport pick up and drop offs to the conference hotel. I hope to see you all again next year!"

"We loved the attention to detail. Everything need was considered and addressed. We give it 10 stars. The staff was amazing especially Zebulen, the rooms were luxurious, the food top notch and the views... so peaceful and overlooking the water hole with the sunset. We are planning a teip back to see it after rainy season!"

"Honestly the food was terrible. It tasted like its been cooked 2days before. The food was delivered very late 2 hours after ordering . The fried chicken was stale to aay the list."
