"There is nothing I didn't like... its excellent and others should discover the place. The setting and location is very ideal. Its quiet and gives a feeling of "being home away from home" real meaning. The security arrangements is excellent and the caretaker (Brenda) is just fantabulous! The power arrangement is great and even load shedding has no effect on the comfort and ambience of Acacia Place. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."

"The place was spotless and staff was lovely"

"Leading up to our arrival, Livingstone Lodge sent a message about securing transportation since there is no Uber/Lyft service in Victoria Falls, just taxis. The standard rate to and from the airport was $30 USD and it was worth it. By the time we landed, our taxi driver who goes by "Knowledge," was already waiting for us in the arrival area. The entire hotel staff is very friendly, and getting breakfast included as part of our booking worked out great. Our housekeeper, Gamuchirai, was super kind and welcoming. It was also nice that the hotel didn't have a television, one less distraction."

"The only reason I cannot give this a 10 out of five dollar review is because the Plumbing bedroom needed new fixtures and hot water was very limited. This could be an isolated incident because otherwise the place was magical. Breakfast is good, check-in was easy, everyone was nice. It was super clean in the grounds well-maintained. Location was 10 out of 10. Bar staff excellent."

"A large hotel with great views looking across to the spray from the Falls and river. Food was good and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking around the golf course and property where we could watch monkeys, baboons, mongoose, impala, crocodile and birds. The property is looking a little tired in places and a few things missing, like bathrobes and tissues, which we did expect at the price."
