"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. While it seemed as a renovated apartment, the renovation was done perfectly. The kitchen was also good enough for light cooking with provided dishes and cutlery. "Excellent food and Spa"

"Very good folks running the place, went above and beyond like opening breakfast early for us so we could make the train, trying to communicate with us in English and help us get around and booked a taxi for us to catch an early train. The breakfast was good as well. One thing to note is it’s a small town so you pretty much need a car all around, the hotel has free parking so that’s nice. Also the hotel felt a little dated inside and in our rooms. Some rooms have been updated and some haven’t....
