"Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team via WhatsApp, and the hotel feels new with great amenities. The main drawback was the top-floor suite with the palapa-style roof. Because the room wasn’t fully sealed from the outside, the AC didn’t stay in well, making the room very hot during the day and not as cool as we would have liked at night. We also heard pigeons nesting above the roof throughout the night, which was tough. The food also felt a bit overpriced for what it was, though that may come with the territory of a boutique hotel. Overall, we would come back, but we would definitely avoid the top-floor suites next time."

"On Thursday when I arrived, the person who checked me in was super kind. But the next day, there was this older woman, kind of like a police officer, who asked me a bunch of pointless questions. She even wouldn’t let my cousin come in to visit. I didn’t like the way I was treated, so I only stayed one night instead of two. You pay for a hotel for privacy, not an interrogation."
