"Room conditions were not great: - toilet door could not be closed due to expanding door frame - shower glass screen was short so a lot of water spilled onto the rest of the toilet/shower room floor - postive side was room cleaned everyday, but towels and floor mat were taken everyday and not replaced, we had to call up twice each day before replacements were sent by housekeeping - room walls are very thin so you can hear loud talking from other rooms - 3 out of the 7 nights we stayed we were...

"Very hard to give an objective review to this hotel… The staff is truly amazing, polite, very attentive to details, always prompt to help, but the hotel… The rooms are totally rundown, mattress less comfortable that the floor, even clean, the bathroom looks and smells terrible, and, icing on the cake, there is a roof top night club making it impossible to sleep until 5am, no matter at floor you are. I wish I hadn’t prepaid 8 nights…."

"It was one of the biggest resorts I've ever stayed in. From the smell of the rooms, to the state of the art relaxation pool tech, sauna, showers, amenities... the staff service and attentiveness was second to none, some one even ran to the resteraunts on the property to get us menus so we could decide before walking there. Honestly, one of the most looked after holidays i have had. 15/10 would recommend to any and everyone!"
