"Hotel was nice to stay but their organisation is terrible. They didn't have our reservation booking so they gave us a room on the spot. They also didn't give us room service. "The hotel staffs are excellent and super kind. After checked out the hotel and I was on my to next city, I received a test message from the front desk staff and was told that I left a bag in the room I didn't even notice. They sent the bag to my next destination so I didn't need to worry about it. Unfortunately I didn't ask her name, but everyone works there deserved a hat off for the excellent job they've done."
