性價比一般 地點不方便 不太值得住

整體還可以 但以5星級來說是 酒店有點舊 性格比一般 大堂前枱很細 前枱員工比較親切有禮貌 很好！ 6樓運動設施的員工則不太友善和禮貌 剛岀電梯就聽到酒店職員在前枱大孔客人登記 完全被嚇到 室內泳池內有個別泳客不帶泳帽及吸煙 酒店職員並沒有及時發現及阻止 但我進去時職員卻必須要求我配帶泳帽 酒店職員不統一 我感到差別對待 部分客人文化水平很低 要注意平日游泳沒什麼人 沒有救生員當值 星期六比較多人時才有救生員當值 感覺有點危險 不敢平日自己一個去泳池！然後附近近周邊只有大海 吃的玩的基本沒有 如要吃飯逛街必須坐車10分鐘左右 地點不太方便

酒店的服务人员确实亲切度不够，专业度不够，在行政楼层办理入住，竟然还要去一楼大堂去拍照和登记信息……那些有意义吗。然后退房，在行政楼层退房退了半个小时。

硬件不错，服务需要提升。

酒店本身硬件和位置都不错，六楼的泳池区可以玩一下，房间也还行，但是服务不太让人满意。前台是挺好的了，对于我们提前入住的需求非常努力地满足，但是办理入住和退房的时候，都等了很久，其实没什么人排队，但是就是非常非常慢，好像是有人需要开发票就很麻烦。客房服务也很慢，要冰块还忘了，多打一次电话才要到，冰箱也是坏的。倒不是前台或者客房服务员态度不好，感觉管理上比较混乱。 酒店的中餐厅有早茶，很方便，品质也过得去，但是服务真的非常差。我们去了两天，两天都上错菜。第一天被问到是否愿意补单的时候我就有点吃惊了，第一次遇到上错菜还想要客人为之买单的。第二天更厉害了，先是一个大婶来处理，她从头到尾不耐烦的态度仿佛是我从别桌偷了那碗粥。每句话语气都很差，对于上错菜毫无歉意甚至还有点责备客人的感觉，动作也非常粗鲁。具体就不赘述了，反正过程令我有些生气，所以我立刻找经理投诉了。经理态度是挺好的，认真听了我的反馈，道歉且表示会提升培训和管理，还送了果盘。这家餐厅不知道是人员流动大还是怎样，感觉员工培训非常不到位。第一天去的早，几个服务员都一脸起床气，叫也爱答不理；上菜从没报菜名，被问到都不清楚，点心品种本来就多，容易上错也不奇怪了。感觉餐厅经理也是不容易吧，希望服务与管理能有所改进。

We wrote a review praising the excellence of the employees, from room service to senior Management the day after we arrived. After two weeks nothing has changed except we know everyone by name! we enjoy being here more each day. My wife has family in the city but this is our base while we are here. The hotel is in an excellent central location and close to the freeways taking you to historical and geographical sites or any of the numerous attractions. Two days ago we visited the Texas Themed water park (50 minute drive East but a world away from Zhanjiang) and yesterday we visited the Confucius Temple (40 minute drive,but North of the city. I also recommend the harbor cruise; the guide unfortunately spoke no English but the city is impressive from the water. The city has a host of beautiful parks, the Nanguo Torrid Zone Park is a short walk from the hotel and is as beautiful as any garden I’ve ever walked through. When not visiting sites or hanging out at the hotel gym and pool, we walk across the street to the beach, build sandcastles and interact with the Mostly Chinese families who also visit there. There are a couple of malls a few minutes away so that keeps the ladies happy while I chill out in the extremely opulent bar drinking a beer and watching the sports and US news channels on T V. Going home this week but we’ll be back.

We were happy with our 3-night stay. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and spacious even with a rollaway bed for our child. From older reviews we expected the hotel to be “tired” but they must have updated since. The only thing of that sort that we saw was a worn & torn tablecloth on a room service cart. Everyone on the staff was professional, friendly and helpful. We were especially grateful for the attentiveness of the pool staff and lifeguards who kept the area tidy & safe. The location was great. We used the hotel pool instead of the adjacent beach, but took walks along the beach and waterside park. There are at least 2 malls and many restaurants within a few minutes walk of the hotel, but the hotel is peaceful.
