"Home Away from Home truly was a great experience. The grounds are gorgeous and such a beautiful place to visit and experience. The staff, Elvis, Grace, and especially Felix were tremendously helpful and friendly. They took care of absolutely everything and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. It feels less like a hotel stay and more like meeting a nice little family that welcomes you in to their beautiful mountain lodge wonderland. Definitely recommend. 11 out...

"Overall, the staff was great. Although the Wi-Fi would not always work, which was hard relying on VPN plus beds could be kind of uncomfortable. The location was great for Tianmen Mountain. Very quiet hotel with great restaurant and convenient store nearby."

"We had the most wonderful experience, Andy (the manager) was in direct contact with us even before the trip and he arranged for our pick up even when we changed the departure point at the last minute. He made our honeymoon absolutely lovely and special at this hotel! The room was absolutely wonderful, large, with amazing views. The facilities are breathtaking, swimming pool was great. The best part was just walking through the hotel and feeling like being in a palace everyday. The area for the breakfast buffet was stunning and the staff were always beyond amazing ☺️ I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the area, great experience overall!"

"The room was one of the better room I have had in China. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Not all staff speak English, but they were always trying to help by all means. They helped me with ticket booking and provided me with recommendations on where to go, which was amazing. The room was always being cleaned and spotless, breakfast was mediocre, but its not too bad. The view was amazing. 10/10 recommend and will come back."
