"The service from the staff was exceptional and really was the highlight of the trip. Elvis and Felix spoke English and really helped us navigate the city, arrange rides and make plans. The location is beautiful and very relaxing, though the distance from the city made it a bit challenging to get food. The provided breakfast was excellent and the restaurant on site was also really good (but a bit pricey)."

"Staff was so pleasant and helpful. Room is spacious, clean, quiet, bed is comfortable, comfortable pillows, good shower water pressure, and the buffet breakfast is a must!! The location is across from Tianmen Mtn entrance. Centrally located with walking distance to many restaurants. Also gave a sample jar of the city’s fine tea and a souvenir. Def would stay here again. Highly recommend."

"Didn’t realized the front desk staff is not 24/7. Checking out wasn’t done properly at 6am, no instructions where to leave the keycard and no notification of the final bill. Also, if misplaced or lost one of the room keycards, it cannot be replaced and not sure the reason behind it."

"The complimentary breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the East Gate entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff provided good service, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I used the washer and dryer to clean my clothes."
